Adult Classes:

The following is a list of classes for people who are interesting in having instruction rather than training on their own. .

The real world is the most important thing to us, and everything you learn in these classes is stuff our teachers and athletes are actually doing outside during their training, competitions, tv and movie stunts, and in various other sports and activities they do. Parkour is great because when taught properly the crossover is extremely high and lets you apply the things you learn in this space to almost everything else you do in life. The Monkey Vault is special in the sense that we actually want you to go use your skills outside and get away from us, rather than spaces that try to suck you in forever and teach you very little in the process. We regularly hear of our students going on adventures, climbing mountains, running races, and so on. You move better, you open up so many possibilities in the world to explore!

Schedule can also change and more classes can get added over time, so keep checking this page or email us if you would like to see another day/class added. But beware; Volume of students is not our goal, quality is.

Back To Play (Lv1-2 Parkour)
Monday to Thursday 7pm and Sunday 11am

These classes focus on getting adults 18+ back into the habit of playing and moving around. It is a slower pace than some of our other classes designed specifically for those that haven't been so active lately OR come to our space before OR people with past/present injuries. Lower impact and very progressive in nature, we work on the strength, flexibility, coordination, spacial awareness, and other skills needed to play and move onto other classes!.

$20 per individual class

Movement & Play (~Moderate-Advanced Parkour)
Tuesday/Thursday 7:30pm and Sunday 12:00pm

This is a class with a heavy emphasis on Parkour and Movement training. It explores past the basics of Parkour and Movement and starts linking and chaining things together as well as creating your own movement and exploring the limitless possibilities that comes with it. Learn technique, mix it into obstacle courses with other techniques, add some spice and voila.

$20 per individual class

Adult Acrobatics & Gymnastics
Tuesday / Thursday 8pm

In this class you will start learning how to prep for flips and eventually flip on your own, as well as learning various other gymnastics basics. We use a lot of tools learnt from Ido portal in this class. You should look him up!

$25 per individual class

Beginner Gymnastics
Monday 7pm

This is a prep class for people who eventually want to learn flips and spins. No experience required, we work on various flexibilty and mobility drills, rolling, spacial awareness, and general gymnastic strength that helps with most things we do here. Very low impact class.

Womens Parkour
Saturday 11am

This class is a womens-only version of our Parkour program that works on basics of movement, skills and progressions. We have found over the years that in certain cases it is better to seperate the genders, although it's worth noting females are welcome in any other class we offer as well. If you are looking for something that is 'no guys allowed', this is your class.
